This is pretty much my go to deck. It's a concept I decided to try after looking at the YGO wiki's page on recommended Support cards for Fortune Ladies. XD;; Pretty much, the goal is to outlast the opponent, and be able to use stuff like Spellbook of Life (Level 11 Dark @_@) and Spellbook Star Hall in order to have a powerful monster on board late in the game. (Highest ATK as of now is a 5300 Dark) While there is an Extra Deck, it is very situational, because you know, Fortune Ladies.

Monsters

Reaper of Prophecy x 2
Fortune Lady Dark x 3
Magical Exemplar x 2
Fortune Lady Water x 2
Fortune Lady Wind
Spellbook Magician of Prophecy x 3

Spells

Spellbook of Power x 2
Dark Hole
Spellbook of Master x 2
Reasoning x 2
Spellbook of Eternity
Spellbook of Secrets x 3
Mystical Space Typhoon x 2
Spellbook of Wisdom x 2
Spellbook of Fate
Spellbook Star Hall
Spellbook of Life x 2
The Grand Spellbook Tower x 2

Traps

Bottomless Trap Hole
Mirror Force
Torrential Tribute
Phoenix Wing Wind Blast x 2
Compulsory Evacuation Device
Solemn Judgement

Extra Deck

Armor Kappa
Gachi Gachi Gantetsu
Gagaga Cowboy
Abyss Dweller
Number 101: Silent Honor ARK
Evilswarm Exciton Knight
Number 50: Blackship of Corn
Empress of Prophecy
Number 61: Volcasaurus
Tiras, Keeper of Genesis
Magi Magi ☆ Magical Gal (OCG Only)
Photon Strike Bounzer
Norito the Moral Leader
Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger
Magical Hierophant Hieron/Hierophant of Prophecy

Pros:
Fairly consistent draw power
Spellbooks give answers to most things
Fortune Lady Dark into Water gives you awesome draw power late game
Exemplar with Spellbooks allows you to establish a Field
Spellbook of Life with Fortune Ladies gives you powerful Monsters late game. (Level 11 Dark with 5300 ATK for example)
Spellbook Star Hall can boost ATK by a lot when used early-game.

Cons:
Dead draws are painful, if you can't get a good draw in the first few turns, you're screwed.
Pendulums hurt Fortune Lady Dark, because they get sent to the Extra Deck.
It's a slow deck, things like Qliphoths and other fast decks cannot last long enough to win.
You'll have to protect your monsters a bit as you'll have to Tribute them to summon Dark and Prophecy a majority of the time.

One of the biggest problems with spell books is that there is no proper draw power or structure ability. The issue falls with spell books being not only a dead draw, but little to no substance when it comes to combos. Fun to play, sure, but competitive not so much.

Personally if there was a way to mix Gagaga and spell books that would be awesome. Very Happy
